What To Expect
Any new situation can be anxiety provoking and stressful. My goal is to make your initial phone call and your first appointment as comfortable as possible. If I am with another client and unable to answer the phone, please leave your name, phone number where you may be reached, and tell me if it is appropriate for me to leave a return message.
Intake paperwork can be emailed or printed of the website. Bring the completed forms to the inditial session.
My office is located in a brick facade building called the X-Ray Center. The building fronts on South Batesville Road. As soon as you turn onto Sunbelt Court the parking lot is directly in front. I am the secon door and then the first office on the right in the building. Although I have no receptionist, I have my own waiting room and office. If the second room is closed, and the "In Session" sign is on, please come in MY waiting room and make yourself comfortable. I pride myself on being respect of my client's time and will make every effort to begin directly on time.
I will make every effort to begin appointments on time so please arrive at least 5 minutes in advance. Rarely but occasionally, I do have an emergency situation and will have to start the appointment after the scheduled time. I will make sure you receive the 50 minutes of scheduled time or you will not be charged for the appointment.
